HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. - Project Details

Union Gap West Ahtanum Road Improvements

The West Ahtanum Road Arterial Improvements Project was completed in October of 2006 and included the reconstruction and widening of approximately 0.76 miles of existing road, and the creation of a new 60-foot wide roadway with curb and gutter and 8-foot wide sidewalks.

In addition, the project featured a new signalized intersection, grass biofiltration swales for storm drainage, railroad crossing improvements, illumination features, and business park coordination.

HLA provided designs and specifications for all aspects of the project, including road and utility plans, as well as construction management and surveying services. We also assisted with securing project funding and filing all proper documentation.
