City of Sunnyside - Wells 12/13 Pump Station Rebid
To preserve project funding, HLA coordinated with the City of Sunnyside to rebid a wellhouse, well, and transmission project, which was designed by another consultant firm. HLA revised and completed the bid documents, bid the project, and conducted the preconstruction conference. HLA provided full-time inspection of the project, confirmed compliance with funding agency requirements, made payment recommendations to the City, and prepared funding reimbursements. HLA oversaw the completion of the short timeline project to meet the funding deadline, and also reviewed and prepared labor documents as required by the State and to receive project funding.
