City of Yakima - Arterial Streets Overlay Project
This project consisted of milling and repaving 24 lane miles of city streets. At the City of Yakima’s request, HLA provided a full-time paving inspector and partial construction management services to the City. HLA’s inspector reviewed contractor traffic control, provided full inspection of asphalt milling and paving, and measured quantities. HLA coordinated with the contractor and staff for the reconciliation of construction quantities, as well as prepared recommended quantities for the City’s monthly Progress Payments.
