City of Ellensburg - Main Street Grind and Overlay

HLA provided limited construction management assistance to the City of Ellensburg by inspecting night paving work on the Main Street Grind and Overlay project.  HLA’s inspector checked traffic control, verified the asphalt milling areas and depths, and inspected the HMA overlay, including material testing.  The inspector responded to a weather emergency during paving.  HLA provided quantities to the City of Ellensburg for their use in developing progress pay estimates and final payment.
